Jay Norcross
Jay joined Watson Millican & Co. in May 2025. With nearly forty years of both representing both the Owner and the EPC Contractor in the petrochemical and LNG industry, of petrochemical and LNG career covers nearly forty years, Jay has extensive experience and expertise in LNG technology, EPC business unit, and EPC project operations management across the entire project life cycle, including proposals, contract definition, Front End Engineering Design, through the entire EPCC process culminating with Performance Testing.
Jay has nearly twenty years of LNG project execution experience, representing multiple Owners (ExxonMobil, BP and BG), customers (Shell, ExxonMobil, Trunkline LNG, Sonatrach, BG, Petronas, Santos, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Total, Eni, Sonangol, Union Fenosa) and EPC contractors (KBR, Technip, JGC, Snamprogetti, Mustang, Bechtel, Kiewit). Jay’s LNG experience includes nineteen LNG liquefaction projects covering approximately forty LNG liquefaction trains in the USA, Algeria, Australia, Angola, Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Trinidad, as well as three Regasification / Import Terminals in the USA and UK.
Jay also has extensive experience in the design, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance of Olefins projects both domestically (Texas and Louisiana) and abroad (Qatar and Venezuela).
