Jonathan joined Watson Millican & Co. in February 2016 as a Senior Analyst. Jonathan has over 7 years of experience in the energy industry, focused primarily in the areas of accounting, finance, and operations in natural gas processing. He has provided assistance with project feasibility studies, valuation of oil and gas processing facilities, cash flow projections, natural gas purchase contracts, and managed field operations of a gathering and compression system.

- Property Tax Valuations – Provided support for developing valuations for industrial facilities. Assisted in gathering data and developing cash flow model.
- Pipeline Right of Way Acquisition – Assisted in the due diligence and negotiation of terms on a pipeline Right of Way for a natural gas processing facility in west Texas.
- Pipeline Construction Dispute – Provided support in defense of scope of work variation claims being made on a large natural gas pipeline project in Australia. Assisted with document organization and arbitration hearing preparations.
- Project Feasibility Study – Assisted with the feasibility study for a natural gas plant expansion consisting of an additional 45 miles of gathering system and a 200% increase in natural gas plant production.
- Gas Plant Contracting – Responsible for tracking new production and assisted in the negotiation and execution of purchase contracts associated with a natural gas plant.
